Beautycounter is hiring a Coordinator, Logistics. In this role you will:

• Work directly with the Logistics Manager and cross-functional departments (Buying, Sourcing, Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales) making sure shipments move in a timely manner by choosing the best MOT while staying within budget.
• Responsible for coordinating pickups and deliveries for Domestic and Canada shipments throughout the supply chain using cost effective shipping methods.
• Scheduling retail store pickups with white glove delivery services.
• Assist Logistics Manager with continuous improvement projects, Holiday and New Product Launch projects and monitor and report on progresses.
• Strengthen relationships with existing carriers and cultivate new relationships to meet business needs.
• Manage and schedule quarterly business reviews with domestic carriers.
• Develop SOPs for new processes.
• Highly knowledgeable with preparing bill of ladings, sending RFPs, the release of cargo, track shipments, sending ASNs
• Familiar with customs documentation, commercial invoices, and creating manual documents when necessary
• Maintain the track and trace and distribute delivery schedules.
• Assist internal customers with providing tracking updates.
• Attend Buying/Sourcing meetings with component manufacturers and component suppliers to stay informed on upcoming POs
• Responsible for obtaining and filing all shipping documentation and POD for audit purposes.

Skills of the Logistic Coordinator:

• Must be highly organized and attentive to details
• Ability to multitask, balance priorities, and stay calm
• Strong communication skills and email etiquette
• 2+ years related experience in a role with similar responsibilities
• International and Canada shipping experience preferred
• TMS / SAP experience preferred
• Collaborative attitude and strong customer service capabilities
• Solution-oriented, growth mindset, willingness to learn and share
• Data entry proficiency / strong excel skills
• Comfortable sharing learnings, ideas and recommendations to operations leadership

#LI-Remote Pay: The hourly range listed below is for work locations in the United States, with individual pay determined by several factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, and training. Salary ranges are determined in good faith by role, level, and location. As a remote-eligible job, salary ranges for specific locations will be provided upon request. Hourly Range$26.44—$30.64 USD Bonus: Additional compensation includes an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance. Benefits at Beautycounter:
