Real Estate Acquisition Specialist – High-Ticket Closer (Commission Only, $10-15K/mo) Brian Buys Houses Remote Are you a proven closer who thrives on high-ticket sales? Do you want to earn $10K–$15K per month (or more) by working the phones and locking down real estate deals? At Brian Buys Houses (BBH), we don’t do base pay, draws, or hand-holding—we’re looking for experienced commission-only sales assassins who know how to close and want to be rewarded for performance. In this role, you’ll work with warm inbound leads daily, building trust, negotiating, and closing off-market real estate deals in a competitive, high-energy environment. What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in closing real estate acquisitions or 2+ years of high-ticket B2C sales ($5K+ offers, coaching, solar, timeshare, etc.)
- Thrives in a commission-only, competitive environment where top closers make top money
- Expert at objection handling, negotiation, and relationship building over the phone
- Hungry, self-driven, and relentless in pursuit of closing deals
Responsibilities
- Engage with motivated sellers, negotiate offers, and lock up contracts
- Run a consistent pipeline through strong follow-up and deal management
- Master our proven closing framework and refine your craft daily
- Document interactions diligently in our CRM
- Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills
Compensation
- Commission-Only (no base, no draw)
- Top performers earn $130,000–$200,000+ annually
