Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – On-Site Support at arenaflex, you will:

  • Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and resolution to their queries.
  • Help customers resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and other complex problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences, exceeding customer expectations and building strong relationships with our clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma and/or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (or required)
  • Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
  • The ability to work various shifts as needed
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
