Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Customer Support and Business Development

Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting business clients through data analysis, reporting, and investigation
- Maintaining high service levels by meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity targets
- Supporting the execution and development of arenaflex's Automatic business age and stage arrangements
- Providing technical support to a Worldwide Merchant group
- Contributing to the investigation and streamlining of processes, internal tools, and products to drive efficiency and scale
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
- At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Proficiency in business intelligence or data analysis tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with business intelligence or data analysis tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau)
- Familiarity with SQL and data modeling
- Understanding of web-based marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, AdMob) and key stages and patterns (e.g., desktop, mobile, video)
- Experience in process automation (e.g., workflow management)
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., D3.js, Power BI)
