Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling all incoming issues and resolving them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills. You will act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc. You will also follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette will be essential in providing a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle all incoming issues and resolve them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills

  • Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
  • Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed
  • Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience
  • Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office and comfortable training in Salesforce
  • Basic skills with moderate level of proficiency and ability to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the healthcare industry

  • Experience with CRM software and data entry
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
