Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Fredericksburg, VA office. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Answer billing questions, make policy changes, and offer recommendations to policyholders
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes quickly
- Solid computer and multi-tasking skills, with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center metrics and performance indicators
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
