Conduct individual consultations with customers and patients to assess their health goals and needs. Use knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and overall wellness to develop personalized plans for individuals. Provide ongoing support, education, and motivation to individuals on their health journey. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to ensure a holistic approach to health coaching. Stay up-to-date on the latest health and wellness trends and research to continually improve coaching techniques. Maintain accurate and detailed records of consultations and progress for each individual. Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport and trust with individuals to effectively guide them towards their goals. Empower and motivate individuals to take control of their health and make positive lifestyle changes. Assist in the development and implementation of health and wellness programs for CVS Health employees and customers. Act as a positive role model for healthy habits and behaviors.
