- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to diverse audiences.
- Design and develop engaging instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training.
- Facilitate virtual, classroom, and on-the-job training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Adapt training delivery to various learning styles and needs.
- Create storyboards, course content, and assessments aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure training materials are interactive, visually appealing, and accessible. Provide post-training support and resources to learners.
- Assess training outcomes through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a trainer or facilitator.
- 1+ year of experience with instructional design.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable Instructional design methodologies and software with ability to use various training technologies effectively.
- Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques.
What you should expect in this role
- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
- Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).
