What You'll Do

As a CSA at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers' needs are met quickly and courteously. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:

• Greeting and engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
• Preparing food items such as our delicious breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, as well as keeping our coffee station clean and organized.
• Operating the cash register, handling payments, activating fuel and gift cards, as well as assisting with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensuring our stores are well-stocked and that our shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Helping keep our stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Completing store housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more.

Qualifications

To be successful as a CSA at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Great communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask like a pro
• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation
• Enjoy working in a team environment

Compensation

The hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $18.75, commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am - 6am.
