As a Live Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat, email, and social media platforms. Your primary accountabilities will include:

  • Executing live customer service delivery through designated digital channels, including proprietary chat systems and social media platforms
  • Managing concurrent customer interactions across multiple platforms while maintaining service quality standards
  • Documenting all customer interactions according to established protocols for quality assurance, performance tracking, and legal compliance purposes
  • Identifying customer purchase intent and providing appropriate product recommendations through consultative live customer service approach
  • Facilitating customer purchase completion through technical assistance, payment processing support, and order fulfillment coordination
  • Maintaining service delivery standards according to established quality frameworks and customer satisfaction benchmarks

Performance Standards

To ensure success in this role, you will be evaluated on the following performance standards:

  • Customer Satisfaction Score: Minimum 90% positive ratings
  • Response Time: Maximum 90 seconds first response
  • Resolution Rate: 85% first-contact resolution target
  • Availability Adherence: 95% scheduled time compliance
  • Conversion Assistance: Individual targets based on client requirements

Compensation Structure

As a Live Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be eligible for a competitive compensation structure that includes:

  • Base Compensation Framework:

+ Tier 1 Entry Level: $25-28/hour + Tier 2 Proficient Level: $28-32/hour + Tier 3 Advanced Level: $32-35/hour

  • Performance Incentive Programs:

+ Monthly Achievement Bonuses: $150-300 monthly + Quarterly Performance Awards: $500-800 quarterly + Annual Recognition Programs: $800-1200 annual bonus
