Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Providing accurate information about arenaflex products and services
• Assisting customers with order processing, product inquiries, and issue resolution
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalations
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
