Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. You'll provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience, while also learning more about healthcare and expanding your own experiences. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a comprehensive training program to ensure your success.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
- Provide solutions to help simplify customers' healthcare experience
- Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer's quality of life
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
- Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence

* Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working in a healthcare-related field or industry

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 - $27.90
