Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Denver, Colorado, US. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role and will be comfortable working with clients on a regular basis. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and proactive issue resolution
  • Acting as the main point of contact for assigned customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Collaborating with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities, driving revenue growth and expansion
  • Identifying key customer challenges and providing appropriate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitoring customer health and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve customer experience
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, including sales, marketing, and product development
  • Providing regular feedback to company leadership on customer needs and trends, informing business decisions and strategy

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • At least 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • A motivated and confident personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
