Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Concierge, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Onboarding: Welcome and onboard new clients, providing them with a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Client Support: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide proactive solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Client Engagement: Build relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored support and recommendations.
  • Client Retention: Work with clients to identify opportunities to increase their engagement and loyalty, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, driving business results and improving client outcomes.

Capabilities

To succeed as a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll need to possess the following capabilities:

  • Minimum 1-year experience: Providing exceptional customer service in a premium client-facing role.
  • Carrier, parlor, or travel industry experience: A background in the travel industry, hospitality, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Proactive problem-solving: The ability to think critically and proactively resolve client issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in using various technology platforms, including web-based tools and software.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, ensuring that client needs are always met.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
