The Role

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience as a Chat Representative or in Customer Service is not required but is a bonus
• Quiet workspace away from distractions
• Self-motivation and the ability to work with little supervision
• Reliable internet connection and a laptop, PC, MAC, or smart device (Android or iOS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
