Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist – Remote Service Technician, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and technical expertise to our customers. You'll work closely with our customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our soft drink dispensing equipment, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. This is a part-time remote position, requiring 8 hours of work per week, with flexibility to work on Saturdays and Sundays as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink dispensing equipment according to arenaflex's standards

  • Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and cooperative, and creating a customer-centric experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays and Sundays, and occasional holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, technical services)

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical services
  • Knowledge of soft drink dispensing equipment and refrigeration systems
  • Certification in technical services or customer support

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
