Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Science Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing strategic plans to unite and break down complex data sets, including structured and unstructured data
• Directing team(s) assigned to projects and overseeing executions to ensure assets are precisely allocated in accordance with strategic plans
• Creating and implementing techniques, cycles, and frameworks to analyze and visualize data, and identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and develop strategic initiatives
• Staying up-to-date with new scientific techniques and innovations, and applying them to drive business growth
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners to address business issues and drive business outcomes
• Developing and managing budgets for specific regions, and overseeing financial planning to drive business growth

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline
• At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in a business environment
• At least 2 years of direct management, indirect management, or cross-functional team leadership experience
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, including SQL, R, Python, and other programming languages
• Strong knowledge of data science and analytics principles, including statistical modeling and machine learning
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced education in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline

• Experience communicating at the executive level
• Experience driving cross-functional teams and developing strategic initiatives
