Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for collecting, organizing, and updating data in our databases, while providing exceptional customer service to our employees and clients. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent information and correcting errors.
  • Organizing information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing.
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering information into relevant databases.
  • Ensuring data is backed up and stored in an organized manner for easy retrieval.
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and handling additional duties as required.
  • Collaborating with employees and clients to collect information and resolve data-related issues.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, with experience in data entry and database management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and clients.
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
  • Proficient touch typing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience in data entry and database management, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL or data visualization software.

  • Certification in data entry or database management.
