What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in handling inbound calls from our valued cardholders, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound calls with a focus on exceptional customer service
* Maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information
* Resolving inquiries, authorizing sales, and providing solutions to customer concerns
* Building relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues through effective communication and problem-solving skills
What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to thrive in a team environment and effectively communicate with colleagues and customers
* Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows, type while talking, and utilize Microsoft Outlook

* Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Remote Work and Work Environment
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work from home full-time. Our remote work environment requires a quiet, distraction-free space with access to high-speed internet. We'll provide you with the necessary computer, technology, and equipment to perform your job successfully. Occasionally, you may be requested to meet in person, so you must live within a commutable distance of Kansas City, KS.
What You'll Need to Be Considered for This Role
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* 6 months of customer service experience of any kind and/or military equivalent experience
* Live within 2 1/2 hours of the affiliated arenaflex location in Kansas City, KS
* Confidence using a computer
* Be 18 years old or older
* Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
* New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with arenaflex before they are eligible to post on other roles
* Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post
* All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from their manager to post (or the approval of their manager and HR if they don't meet the time in position or performance expectations)
