Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting customers with account-related questions, claims, benefits, and general inquiries
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution
  • Utilizing arenaflex systems and resources to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively address customer needs
  • Providing exceptional service and support to arenaflex members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
