Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with clients through live chat, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Collaborating with the appraisal and consulting team to gather necessary information and provide comprehensive solutions to clients
- Using the provided resources and tools effectively to address client questions and provide accurate information about our services
- Documenting and tracking client interactions and inquiries to ensure effective follow-up and resolution of issues
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed responses to client inquiries
- Continuously identifying opportunities to improve the live chat support process and contributing to its enhancement
Qualifications
To be successful as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
