Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for managing order processing, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

* Manage order processing for customers using proprietary order entry systems, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Work closely with customers, sales representatives, and sales management over the phone and email to address their queries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their concerns and providing solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with our technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems.
• Process purchase orders and restock inventory as needed.
• Maintain relationships with customers, gather feedback, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Answer pricing and product inquiries, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• Execute contract maintenance and inform customers of pricing contract changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

* Excellent telephone skills and the ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls in a positive manner.

• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Great follow-up skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to write legibly with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Effective working in teams to achieve departmental objectives.
• Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems, such as consolidating shipments from various suppliers and ensuring documentation for export is correct.
