Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Utilizing technology to access client information and resolve issues efficiently
• Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and client information to provide accurate and helpful responses

Schedule

We offer flexible work schedule options to accommodate your needs. You'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime. With our flexible scheduling, you can balance your work and personal life while delivering exceptional customer service.

Earnings & Revenue

As an independent contractor, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, with pay determined by your phone call status when assisting customers. Additionally, you'll be eligible for additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

Technology & Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need:

• A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
• A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
• A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
• High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
• A valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
• A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
• A Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS)

Work Environment Requirements

To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:

• A quiet, uninterrupted space
• An organized desk area

We're currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. We're able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
