Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and online channels. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-tier service to customers, addressing their billing, insurance verification, product, and service inquiries in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer questions and taking ownership of customer issues from start to finish.
- Collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when necessary to resolve complex customer issues.
- Delivering timely service to enhance customer relationships, seeing every interaction as an opportunity to build lasting connections.
- Promoting customer safety and adherence to arenaflex's Work From Home policy.
- Offering technical support for navigating pharmacy.amazon.com.
- Managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years or older).
- 6+ years of professional experience with computer and online tools.
- Proven multitasking skills with phone and computer abilities.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Familiarity with the healthcare sector.
