Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing online chat support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information
  • Utilizing innovative problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and concise communication
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

* Response time: 90% of chats responded to within 2 minutes

  • Resolution rate: 80% of issues resolved on the first contact
  • Customer satisfaction: 90% of customers satisfied with chat support experience

Requirements

To succeed as an Online Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or online support role
  • Adaptable and resilient personality traits
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications
