Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk (Night Shift) to join our team on a part-time basis, working 20-25 hours per week. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems, creating spreadsheets, and verifying data by comparing it to source documents. Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk (Night Shift) at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners
- Typing in data provided directly from customers or other parties
- Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
- Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
- Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
- Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
- Great attention to detail
- High school degree or equivalent
