Job Summary

As a Remote Service Technician, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and technical expertise to our clients. You'll work closely with our clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our soft drink dispensing equipment, ensuring that our products are always served at the perfect temperature. This is a part-time role that requires flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink dispensing equipment as per arenaflex's standards

  • Investigate and diagnose issues with soft drink dispensing equipment
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on dispensing hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and professional in all interactions
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and improve our service delivery

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, technical services)

  • Previous experience in a customer support or technical services role
  • Knowledge of soft drink dispensing equipment and refrigeration systems
  • Certification in a related field (e.g., HVAC, electrical)

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms
