Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team of talented developers, architects, and designers. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance web and cloud applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design solutions, and implement features that meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance web and cloud applications using a range of technologies, including Java, Python, and cloud platforms.

• Collaborate with our product development team to identify business requirements, design solutions, and implement features that meet our customers' needs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code and efficient deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, identifying and implementing solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
• Work with our data engineering team to design and implement data pipelines, data warehousing, and data analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications in production.

Authority and Leadership

* Lead small teams of developers and designers to achieve project goals and objectives.

• Mentor junior developers and engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with our product management team to identify business requirements and design solutions.
• Participate in technical leadership and architecture discussions to shape the direction of our product development.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and cloud applications.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or other languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, data analytics, and data pipelines.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with version control systems, including Git and SVN.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and cloud applications.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, including HBase, Couchbase, and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration.
• Strong expertise in data science and machine learning.
• Experience with cloud security and compliance.
