Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or virtual assistant role.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
