About the Role:

As a Client Services Advisor, you will play a vital part in the arenaflex team, contributing to our business success. As the primary point of contact with our partners and clients, you will ensure that expectations meet established timelines. Your role will focus on supporting our projects during on-site deliveries, utilizing your skills and expertise to engage with our clients and enhance our service-oriented approach. Your attention to detail and project management skills will be essential as you handle multiple portfolios and on-site learnings, including both face-to-face and online learning initiatives. As an idea partner and problem solver in this unique setting, you will thrive in our collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain positive relationships with partners, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders while coordinating and executing on-site program support.

  • Assist with on-site tasks for face-to-face growth opportunities at the arenaflex headquarters.
  • Facilitate and actively participate in client and internal meetings, maintaining accurate records of conversations, deadlines, and communications.
  • Collaborate to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products and services to clients.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor project progress and resource allocation, working with cross-functional teams to meet time constraints.
  • Support both face-to-face and online learning initiatives functionally.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal partners and external vendors regarding work status, quality control, cost management, and deadlines.
  • Utilize project management and vendor management systems to manage work orders, track production, transportation, and receipt of materials.
  • Manage assigned projects, providing regular updates on a case-by-case basis.
  • Capably navigate various computer systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Essential Capabilities:

* 1+ years of experience building positive relationships with employees, clients, vendors, partners, and other functional units.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, assignments, and deadlines, focusing on delivering high-quality results while providing support for programs at the arenaflex headquarters.
  • Flexible to work in a team and independently when necessary.
  • Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibits strong organizational and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
  • Handles confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Starts assignments independently, requiring minimal guidance, and consistently sees them through to completion.
  • Able to make decisions autonomously within established guidelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Open to acquiring skills in new software applications as required.
  • Possesses a valid FL Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record showing five (5) years of prior safe driving.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Capabilities:

* Past experience working at the arenaflex headquarters or other areas within arenaflex or arenaflex Experiences.

  • Experience in providing on-site functional support for projects and events.
  • Multilingual with proficiency in Spanish/Portuguese preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with managers or other senior leaders.
  • Proficient in Smartsheet, WorkFront, Siebel, DSCS, WebBEO, and Certainty.
  • Influencing skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in following directives from leaders arranged in diverse areas or time zones.
  • Skilled in communication through platforms like Teams, Zoom, and other virtual tools.

Required Education:

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or related field or equivalent work experience.
