Experienced Customer Service Associate – Virtual Customer Support for arenaflex

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing support to our customers through phone, chat, and email. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. You'll work variable hours to match when customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts. You'll be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email

• Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve queries and prevent issues
• Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts
• Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum age: 18 years old

• Right to work in The Netherlands
• Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
• Experience working with a computer
• Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
• Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
• Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
