Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately entering data into our system using a steady stream of images, ensuring high-quality results and meeting or exceeding quality standards.
• Identifying and categorizing document types based on provided documentation, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reviewing and verifying data to ensure accuracy and completeness, maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Interacting professionally with team members as needed, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Suggesting improvements or enhancements to job processes, demonstrating a proactive and innovative approach to work.
• Completing all daily tasks as assigned, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Performing additional office duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Hourly Pay and Schedule

* $12 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

• Part-time and full-time positions available, with a preference for full-time.
• Minimum of 20 hours per week required, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
• Shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday, allowing for a comfortable work-life balance.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, ability to multitask, and stay focused. The ideal candidate will possess:

• High attention to detail and efficiency, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Quick learning skills, with the ability to follow instructions accurately and adapt to new processes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client data, adhering to HIPAA regulations and arenaflex's confidentiality policies.
• Proficiency in English (reading and speaking), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Typing speed of 50 WPM at 95% accuracy, or 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
