Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through chat support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Working independently to manage customer interactions, using provided steps and instructions to ensure accurate and efficient resolution
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide proactive support
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues, using provided tools and systems to track and resolve customer concerns

Essential Qualifications
