Experienced Full Stack Data Analytics Manager – Advanced Level Data Entry and Analysis

Job Overview and Responsibilities

This role would be part of the Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty innovation Product Analysis team. As the Data Analytics Manager, your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty innovation groups. You will also lead and train a team that will work closely with the Digital Operations Community (DOC) on operational metrics. You will be responsible for deciphering data from various sources, analyzing patterns and trends, and reclassifying it into meaningful data to improve Functional Excellence (FE). Additionally, you will be accountable for identifying application upgrades and establishing metrics for measurement. Key areas of focus will include, but are not limited to:

• Data Representations
• Application execution analysis
• Error patterns, top variables contributing to errors
• Identify, plan, and implement internal process upgrades: suggestions for improvement and greater flexibility
• Displaying and coding of data

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Operations Research) preferred
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Engineer, or a related analytical role
• 1+ year (3+ years preferred) as a Manager and at least 2 years in a Fortune 500 organization
• Experience creating presentations for colleagues and leaders at a MD and VP level and communicating with all levels of management
• Demonstrated Team Leadership, ability to communicate a vision, motivate the team towards that vision, and provide support to achieve it
• Master-level BI dashboarding experience (e.g., PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, etc.) to deliver meaningful, rich dashboards
• Advanced SQL skills
• Strong critical thinking skills, using data to solve problems
• Willingness to pursue complex data sets
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks with a focus on results
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

* Graduate degree in a quantitative field preferred

• Certifications including Google Data Analytics Professional Certification, Power BI Data Analyst Partner, AWS Certified Data Analyst, Enterprise Data Warehouse certifications, Palantir, Customer-Side execution metrics tools such as Quantum Metrics
• Experience with DataDog/AppD/Kibana
• Experience with Enterprise Business Intelligence Systems
• Experience with Palantir Foundry, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
• Experience with AWS - Redshift, Quicksight, Athena
• Experience with Big Question, Quantum Metrics, Akamai
• Experience with text analysis and AI
• Data Visualization experience
• Familiarity with Python, Flash, R
• Continuous coordination and delivery using Agile approaches
