Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and text message inquiries from customers. You'll provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies, assist with order placement and scheduling, resolve customer complaints and issues, and maintain customer records. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will enable you to excel in this role and make a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences.

Responsibilities

* Manage high volume of incoming calls, emails, and text message inquiries from customers

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
  • Assist customers with order placement and scheduling
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or obtain feedback
  • Process orders, refunds, and returns efficiently with attention to detail
  • Communicate with customers, answer calls and emails to potential customers, and follow up on leads
  • Prepare and email estimates

Requirements

* Previous experience in a customer service role is required

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using Windows, email, and creating and emailing PDF estimates and documents
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in the heating industry is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of customer service experience

  • Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of heating industry products and services
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Compensation and Benefits

Training and Onboarding

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive 4-week training program at our Wading River, NY office, Monday through Friday, 8am-12pm. This program will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to excel in your role and provide exceptional customer service.
