What You'll Do

As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:

  • Answer Incoming Chats: You'll be responsible for answering 2-3 incoming chats using our LiveEngage platform, providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Consult Customers: You'll consult with customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase, providing expert advice and guidance to help them make informed decisions.
  • Proactively Communicate with Your Manager and Team Members: You'll work closely with your manager and team members to ensure you're successful in a virtual work environment, including one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and team chats.
  • Maintain High Performance Metrics: You'll be expected to maintain high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent experience to apply for this role.
  • 2-3 Years Minimum Customer Service Experience: You'll need at least 2-3 years of customer service experience to apply for this role.
  • Great Typing Skills: You'll need to have great typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
  • Technical Proficiency: You'll need to be technically proficient and able to use our LiveEngage platform.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: You'll need a reliable internet connection with speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better.
  • Private, Dedicated Workplace: You'll need a private, dedicated workplace that promotes confidentiality.
  • Positive, Driven, and Solution-Oriented Mentality: You'll need to have a positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality to succeed in this role.
