Position Overview

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our members and helping them navigate their health insurance plans. You will be the first point of contact for many of our members, and your role will be critical in ensuring that they receive the support and guidance they need to make informed decisions about their healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from members and providers in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting members with inquiries about their benefits and coverage, including explaining plan details and answering questions about claims and billing
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, using problem-solving skills and critical thinking to find solutions
  • Documenting member interactions accurately and thoroughly, using our CRM system to track and manage customer interactions
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer service, including sharing knowledge and best practices to improve service delivery

Qualifications
