The Role

As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping our 95+ million members make the most out of their arenaflex benefits. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with expert guidance and support to resolve their issues and concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Helping clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and services, including topics such as payment determination and claims related to medical and dental procedures.
  • Making it easy for customers to work with us by taking ownership of their issues and resolving them over the chat the first time, every time.
  • Being an advocate for health and wellness by educating customers on disease management programs and making recommendations on healthy living programs tailored to their needs.
  • Accessing regular development opportunities and mentorship as you train with the best team in the industry, including extensive, hands-on training and guided on-the-job training to ensure your success.

What We're Looking For

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems required
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; high level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology a PLUS
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management focus
