Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, providing excellent customer service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive travel experience. This role requires a passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve customer issues related to bookings, cancellations, and flight status.
  • Provide information on arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay informed about changes in airline policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Key Skills and Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, particularly in a call center or airline setting.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
