You'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, answering queries, and handling complaints in a prompt and professional manner. Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls and providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Generating sales leads and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • A track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
