Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
  • Using telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
  • Greeting customers warmly and ascertaining the problem or reason for calling
  • Assisting with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Advising on company information
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Troubleshooting and resolving product and service issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer support experience (previous experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
