Responsibilities
As a Full-Time Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service to all arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting interactions and following up on outstanding customer issues
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Handling stressful situations and de-escalating conflicts
- Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle stressful situations and de-escalate conflicts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
