Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Providing accurate information regarding products and services, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
- Documenting customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in high-pressure situations
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
- Experience using CRM software is an asset
