Job Description

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to identify and assess customer needs, build sustainable relationships, and deliver accurate and complete information to achieve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner

  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide expert-level support

Requirements

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
