Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with order tracking, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services, driving sales and revenue growth.

Qualifications
