Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

+ Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. + Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience. + Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Operations:

+ Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service. + Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items. + Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested. + Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed. + Assist customers in locating products and maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment.

Pharmacy Operations:

+ Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining workflow. + Utilize pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. + Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical drugs, verifying medicine is correct, and checking for possible interactions. + Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Inventory Management:

+ Assist with inventory management activities, such as ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipments of pharmaceuticals. + Maintain knowledge of company asset protection techniques and file claims for warehouse overages, shortages, order errors, or damaged goods involving Rx drugs.

Additional Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. + Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance. + Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy technician certification (PTCB) or state registration preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing prescriptions and customer transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

* PTCB certification or state registration.

  • Experience with pharmacy systems and software.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and laws.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
