Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our participants, assisting with basic login assistance and website navigation, and identifying calls that require additional support. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our participants receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound participant calls in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist participants with basic login assistance and website navigation
  • Identify calls that require additional support and handoff to the main service team
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that participants receive the highest level of support
  • Collaborate with the main service team to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and arenaflex's proprietary software to provide expert support

Requirements

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with participants
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and navigate proprietary software
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a financial services or retirement benefits industry

  • Knowledge of proprietary software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
