Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information to resolve their concerns.

  • Assist with booking, changing, and canceling flights, ensuring that customers have a smooth and hassle-free experience.
  • Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and cancellations, keeping customers informed and up-to-date.
  • Help customers with baggage inquiries and lost items, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed, working collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process refunds and compensation claims, ensuring that customers receive fair and timely compensation.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, providing valuable insights for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, working together to achieve our goals.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems, including CRM software and other airline systems.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet and professional work environment are required.
  • Must be located in the United States.

Additional Information:

* Job Type: Full-time

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Shifts Available)
  • Hourly Salary Range: $25 – $45 per hour
  • Basic Educational Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent
