Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, providing exceptional support and guidance along the way. You'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts, answering questions from existing customers on a wide range of topics, such as returns, refunds, and re-ordering. Key Responsibilities:

Training and Support
