Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information. You'll work remotely, so we're looking for someone who is self-motivated, attentive to detail, and able to manage their time effectively. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of data confidentiality principles and be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
• Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
• Conducting research and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
• Creating and managing spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
• Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
• Updating existing data
• Reviewing and updating incoming data for completeness, accuracy, and relevancy
